To be eligible for admission in the Graduate School, the applicant must have:
obtained a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent;
obtained a general average of 85 or 2.5 of the grades earned in the undergraduate studies;
taken the entrance exam and interview with the College Guidance Services Center; and
undergone interview with the Dean.

For incoming new students and transferees, the following procedures and steps should guide applicants in processing their enrollment:
Proceed to the MIS/Internet Center to process profiling, secure temporary ID, and to set appointment for interview.
Proceed to the Guidance Services Center for interview with the Guidance Counselor.
Proceed to the Registrar’s Office and bring along your registration and eligibility requirements and documents for screening and data verification.
Once all documents are verified, proceed to the Finance Office for down or full payment of your fees.
Return to the Registrar’s Office for subject advising, validation of your selected subjects to enroll, and the printing of the study load.
For old or continuing students, the following procedures and steps should guide them in processing their enrollment:
1. Proceed to the Guidance Services Center for interview with the Guidance Counselor.
2. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office updating of your profile and academic status and records.
3. Pay down or full payment at the Finance Office.
4. Return to the Registrar’s Office for subject advising, validation of your selected subjects to enroll, and the printing of the study load.
In the graduate programs, a minimum of 41 units are required for programs with thesis.
This is to be distributed as follows:
At least 11 units of basic courses
At least 18 units of courses in the major field
6 units of cognate courses
Thesis of 6 units
In the post-graduate programs, a 60 units are required for the Doctorate degree program.
This is to be distributed as follows
At least 18 units of basic courses
At least 24 units of courses in the major field
12 units of dissertation
Student will be graded in the following manner:

A grade of “INC” is given to a student who fails to take the final examination or who lacks some required work in a subject. No credits will be granted. It may be removed by registering for the subject, by completing the required work, and/or by doing some additional works that are to be determined by the Dean and/or Academic Council.
A student who has 9 units of “INC” remarks shall be placed on probationary status regardless of his/her cumulative average.
INC grade that is not removed within one (1) year will be automatically converted to “FAILURE”.
Courses taken ten (10) years ago from the time of application of transfer credits should be retaken requiring the student to re-enroll the course.
A full time student may enroll a maximum of 12 units in a semester or 9 units during the summer term, while a part time student may enroll in a maximum of 6 units in a regular semester or summer term.
Adding, dropping or changing of courses or subjects may be done only within two weeks from start of classes. After this period, no application for change of subjects will be entertained by the Registrar’s Office.
The Certificate of Completed of Academic Requirement (CAR) is issued to a student upon completion of the academic requirements of the program and has satisfactorily passed the comprehensive examination.
The candidate shall make the formal application for graduation from the Registrar’s Office and accomplish clearance forms.
Only those students who have completed all the academic and nonacademic requirements of the program, and are cleared by concerned offices, are allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Requirements to qualify a student for graduation are:
Completion of all courses in their curricula
Passing the comprehensive examination
Passing the thesis oral defense
Submission of all the required documents to the Registrar’s Office.
Submission of all copies of bound theses.
Settlement of all financial and other obligations.
