Pacific Gateway is an agency of the City of Long Beach that is dedicated to workforce development. Their Youth Opportunity Center can be especially helpful for students in high school with disabilities. Some of the options offered include information of employment opportunities & help preparing for job interviews, internships, access to computers with Internet & other office equipment, career readiness workshops, and career advice to name a few. Students can apply as early as 14 years of age!
