The Directors of English Education Network (DEEN) provides pedagogical leadership for the Quebec English public school system.

The DEEN oversees and provides pedagogical direction to a number of sub-committees, including:

• CARE - Committee on Assessment, Reporting, and Evaluation

• CREATE - serving teachers working with students in Career Development and the Work Oriented Training Path

• Language Network - serving teachers of English and French

• MAD2 - serving teachers of the Arts: Music, Art, Drama & Dance

• MaST - serving teachers of Mathematics and Science & Technology

• Personal Development - serving teachers of Physical Education and Health and Ethics and Religious Culture

• PLAY - serving teachers working with K4 and K5 students

• QSLiN - Serving the community of school librarians

• Social Sciences - serving teachers of History and Geography
