The fields of organizational development and management science offer a wide range of tools and frameworks to drive individual and team performance, enhance cultural processes, diagnose strategic challenges and opportunities, and initiate and respond to change. Description: Over the past 6 months, Summit participants have dedicated over 30 hours to their work in the program, have had opportunities to meet over 150 colleagues from across the Lab representing all Divisions and Areas, and have designed experiments to address pressing management challenges that they face in their work. It will be a chance for participants to reflect on their learnings, reconnect with their peers, and receive recognition from the Lab Director for their hard work. We kindly request that you support your direct report’s participation by helping them protect the time commitment for this event.

Adi is a mixed-methods social scientist and an expert in survey design and causal inference (experimental and quasi-experimental methods). She has a PhD in political science from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in political science from Stanford University.

Amanda has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has experience in talent development and change management with an emphasis on development planning and coaching.

Christina specializes in supporting the design, planning & execution of L&C programs and initiatives. She also coordinates UC system-wide programs including UC WI, MSAP and UC-Coro.

Aditi has a master’s in organizational psychology from Harvard University and has served as an organizational behavior researcher at the Harvard Business School and Harvard Learning Innovations Laboratory. Prior to this position, she served as Berkeley Lab's Interim Chief Diversity Officer and the Principal Consultant for the Learning & Organizational Development group.
