Projects
Diverse imaging instruments can capture images as part of materials sciences and biosciences experiments. In order to obtain information about material compositions and functions, our team investigate algorithms in AI/ML to better analyze data, may it be 1D or multi-dimensional arrays representing realizations of deterministic or stochastic processes. We explore parameter spaces that underlie materials makeup, synthesis, and function to bring samples alive, understand hidden kinetics and offer several tools to browse and explore scientific imaging.
