Our journey with BLDAP

The BLDAP Program: Berkeley Lab Director's Apprenticeship Program-STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) is an apprenticeship program that will provide an opportunity for underrepresented students in STEM to explore various fields of data science and python programming!

About Us:

Precilla

Hi everyone! My name is Precilla Lee and I graduated from Castro Valley High School. I will be attending San Diego State University as a biology major in hopes of pursuing a career in the medical field. The last 4 weeks of this program provided me new insights to opportunities and careers in the STEM field that I have not known before. I've had the amazing opportunity to learn about python, data science, careers, and forged many new friendships with students who share the same passion for science as me.

Maya
