Note: A large conference room at the Lab supports meetings with 9–19 people. The options consist of a single 85" display with a camera/mic combo or dual 85" displays with a digital whiteboard solution.
The standard version includes a single TV which is connected to a computer and iPad with a single camera. It does not include interactive components such as digital whiteboards.
The whiteboard version includes a digital whiteboard display which can be used for video and as a whiteboard.
We are currently testing several types of whiteboards in the AV Showroom.
Hardware requirements may changed based on the whiteboard chosen.
The Dual Displays (Whiteboard) Version includes an additional non-touch display to separate the guests video gallery from the whiteboard or presentation.
Dual displays requires additional space and may be suitable for larger conference rooms.
