Huddle Room (1–4 People)

Overview

A small conference room at the Lab supports meetings with 1– 4 people. 

AV installations include consulting time with the AV team to understand the requirements of the conference room.  Some conference rooms may require Facilities to install display mounts and IT Infrastructure to install cabling (HDMI, ethernet networking).  The list below includes potential hardware components for small conference rooms.

Standard Version (Single Display)

The standard version includes a single TV which is connected to a computer and iPad with a single camera. It does not include interactive components such as digital whiteboards.

Whiteboard Version (Single Display)

The whiteboard version includes a digital whiteboard display which can be used for video and as a whiteboard.

Hardware requirements may changed based on the whiteboard chosen.

• Mac Mini with iPad controller

• Logitech Meetup

• 65" Neat Board
