The best way to get to the B50 Auditorium is to take the Lab's Blue Route Shuttle Bus, routes and schedules are listed below. They are free of charge.

In addition, special buses will be provided in the morning from the Marriott and Shattuck Plaza hotels to building 50 and back to these hotels after the last session of the day.

To come on-site, every visitor is required to have a site access pass. Registered participants will receive an LBNL Shuttle Bus pass in their emails. The passes will be sent to emails from “Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory” via “nonreply@VEOCI.COM".

To board the bus you will need a gate pass and a valid picture ID. The bus is free but restricted to authorized personnel.

Special bus service will be available to those residing at the Residence Inn by Marriott and Shattuck Plaza hotel.

The pick-up location for Residence Inn is on the backside of the Residence Inn at the corner of Kala Bagai Wy (Shattuck) and Center.

The pick-up location for Shattuck Plaza Hotel is at the front entrance of the hotel.

Parking at the Berkeley lab is limited and it may not be possible to come on-site with a personal vehicle. The Guest House will provide parking for its guests.

We strongly recommend that you book at the Shattuck or Residence Inn by Marriott hotels, or at a hotel that is close to a Blue Route shuttle bus stop.

A public parking garage is available a block from Marriott where one can leave their vehicle and ride the special bus shuttle in front of Marriott or take the Blue Route at any shuttle stop around the campus.
