Exhibitors

We thank the organizations for their participation in the Workshop and encourage you to visit their exhibits and learn about the latest products and services in laser safety and education.


The exhibitor's package includes:

  • A 6' table

  • One admission to the workshop

  • One ticket to the dinner

  • One reserved parking space for the day of the exhibition


The show will be open from 11:30 AM to 3 PM for the workshop attendees.

It will be open to all Berkeley lab laser users from 1 PM to 3 PM.

The setting up of your exhibits can start any time after 9 AM at B54 (cafeteria) R130 - Pers Hall.

There is a change in the location of the exhibition. The vendor exhibition will take place in B54 (cafeteria) R130 - Pers Hall

The new location does not allow storing of shipped materials.

It is advised to ship your materials to the hotel.
