Hello and welcome to my 2026/27 Kindergarten Crew!
I hope you had a wonderful summer! I am so excited to meet all of you and begin this exciting year together!
Be on the lookout for some mail from me with important information for parents, as well as a special message for my incoming crew members! Please be sure to email me when you receive your parent letter so I know it has arrived and I can save your email address. Include in your email your child's designated dismissal (bus, pick up or kids care) so I can update my dismissal list.
I am looking forward to the reopening of our building so I can begin setting up our new classroom space, which we will temporarily share with the other kindergarten class. There will be a Kindergarten Orientation at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
I am so excited to be your child’s kindergarten teacher! I look forward to working with you to make this very important year a fun, positive, and rewarding learning experience for your child. I will use my webpage to keep you informed and up to date on important information throughout the school year.
Our first day of school is Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and it will be an early dismissal day. Please send your child with a lunch, or school lunch will also be available. Please review the lunch choices with your child ahead of time so they know what to expect.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be full school days. Please send your child with a small, healthy snack each day, packed separately from their lunch. Since the children will be spending time on the playground each day, please dress your child in comfortable clothing and sneakers.
If you have not done so already, please send in all of your child’s school supplies (see the supply list) no later than Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
I look forward to seeing everyone at Back-to-School Night on Wednesday, September 16, 2026! This will be a wonderful opportunity for me to share important information and help parents know what to expect as members of our Kindergarten Crew.
