Students will participate in classroom presentations/assemblies to hear and learn about course offerings available to our 7th grade students. Students will have an opportunity to meet with their counselor, individually, to pick their course requests for the 7th grade year.

When you experience stress or anxiety it can be helpful to write down some of those thoughts to get them out of your mind.
Grounding
Activities to help district your mind from anxious thoughts:
Count how many electrical outlets are in the room.
Name all the types of animals you can think of.
Name all the types of cereal you can think of.
List all the items in the room that are blue.
Name all the TV shows you can think of.
Count the tiles on the floor or ceiling.
