The Help Line serves as the primary entry point for behavioral health resources. Services include:
ACCESS Line: Service referrals, crisis assessments, and field deployments.
Substance Abuse Service Hotline (SASH): Substance use disorder services from the Department of Public Health’s Substance Abuse Prevention and Control Bureau.
Emotional Support Warm Line: Trained active listeners available from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Veteran Line: Mental health support and connection to veteran programs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
