Have you ever aimlessly walked around this “labyrinth” of a school? Have you accidentally gone into the wrong gender’s bathroom? Honestly, I did that once and that was probably just me being klutzy. Do you have no idea where a certain room is? Luckily for you, this article is made for students to learn about the location of different places here at Walter Reed Middle School! Let’s get started!
The bungalows are easier to get around than most buildings, but it is hard to get there from a class in the A or B building. One way to get around is to speed walk through the hallway then sprint in between the band room and Ms. Hamilton’s room. If your classes are near the front of the bungalows then you should make a turn to the right. On the other hand, if your classes are in the back, then turn to the left and head towards the correct row of classrooms.
Let’s move onto navigating from the A to B building! The quickest way to get there is to walk quickly up the stairs and then speed walk through the hallway up to the “balcony bridge”. From there on, you will then pass through the B building, and you are now on the top floor! If you are going from the bottom of the A building then you should just walk right across to the B building.
To get from the P.E. locker room to your class, you may wait at the left side of the girls’ locker room entrance ramp, and wait for the bell to ring to get to the B or A building. If your classes are in the bungalows, then wait by the blue benches on the right of the boy's’ locker room ramp.
In conclusion, this guide helped explain some of the many shortcuts around Walter Reed. I hope this will assist you in navigating Reed in the future!
