At Reseda Charter Middle School, we strive to amplify the voices of all students and partner with students to create positive change in our school and community.
Based on the framework and research coined by the Quaglia Institute of Student Voice and Aspirations, SVA serves as the foundation of our school culture and decision making.
Each week, students engage in rich, reflective, and interactive activities around what student voice truly is, how powerful student voices are, and how students can use their voice to create change. Advisory is designed to help students develop a stronger sense of self-worth, engagement, and purpose in school and in life. The goal of advisory is to help students discover the value of their voice and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
