Heritage, History & Awareness Months

At Portola, we believe that books and stories can serve as windows, mirrors, and sliding glass doors to other experiences and identities. At our library, we strive to celebrate all identities, cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. In partnership with our school PSW, Climate Advocates, Counseling Office, and ASB (student leadership), the library has displays and features celebrating each holiday, month, and moment.
