Mile 1: Head south on Woodley from parking lot using Nature Path. Cross Woodley at Burbank Blvd over the LA River bridge. Head right (North) on dirt path along the LA River.
Mile 2: Dirt path ends at Balboa Blvd. (Drinking Fountain) Turn left (South). Follow bike path South on Balboa, then left along Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water.
Mile 3: Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path.
Mile 4: Head left at the street & cross the river again. Follow route back the way you started, crossing Woodley.
Mile 1: Head East past bathrooms up to the Sepulveda Dam. Turn right (South) on Dam till it ends at Burbank Blvd.
Mile 2: Turn right (West) on Burbank Blvd. over the LA River bridge. Turn right (North) on dirt path along the LA river
Mile 3: Turn left (South) at Balboa Blvd. (drinking fountain). Follow bike path South on Balboa, then left along Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water.
Mile 4: Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path.
Mile 5: Head left at the street & cross the river again. Cross Woodley and follow the nature path up to the parking lot.
Mile 1: Head East past bathrooms up to the Sepulveda Dam. Turn right (South) on Dam till it ends at Burbank Blvd.
Mile 2: Turn right (West) on Burbank Blvd. over the LA River bridge. Turn right (North) on dirt path along the LA river
Mile 3: Turn right (North) over the river & right again (East) to follow the bike path around to the lake. Cross the street to get to the lake path. Follow it all the way around the lake clockwise.
Mile 4: Continue clockwise along the lake path (Stop to use the bathrooms & refill water) until you return where you started and retrace the same bike path back to Balboa Blvd. Turn left (South) and cross the LA River again.
Mile 5: Follow bike path South on Balboa, then left along Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water.
Mile 6: Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path. Head left at the street & cross the river again.
Mile 7*: Cross Woodley and follow the nature path up to the parking lot.
*To add an extra mile, stay on Burbank and return the way you started on the dam.

Mile 4: Continue clockwise along the lake path until you get to the bathrooms. Cross the street at the bathroom parking lot and head left (East) on the bike path. Follow it all the way up and to the right (East).
Mile 5: Continue on the bike path past the military base until it ends at Woodley. Turn left (North) at Woodley and cross the bus lane to Victory Blvd. Turn left (West) at Victory and follow the Orange line bike path.
Mile 6: Continue on the bike path until you reach Balboa Blvd. Turn left (South). You will eventually cross the LA River again where you entered the lake earlier.
Mile 7: Continue South on Balboa Blvd, following the the bike path around Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water.
Mile 8: Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path. Head left at the street & cross the river again.
Mile 9*: Cross Woodley and follow the nature path up to the parking lot.
*To add an extra mile, stay on Burbank and return the way you started on the dam.

Continue clockwise along the lake path until you get to the bathrooms. Cross the street at the bathroom parking lot and head left (East) on the bike path. Follow it all the way up and to the right (East).
Mile 5-6: Continue on the bike path past the military base until it ends at Woodley. Turn left (North) at Woodley and cross the bus lane to Victory Blvd. Turn left (West) at Victory and follow the Orange line bike path. Continue on the bike path until you reach Balboa Blvd. Turn left (South). You will eventually cross the LA River again where you entered the lake earlier.
Mile 7: Follow the bike path UNDER the bridge and up the other side. Turn right and follow the path counter-clockwise around the soccer fields. Turn left (East) in front of the basketball courts, toward the tennis courts.
Mile 8: Turn right (South) and run around the outside of the tennis courts, then right again out to the sidewalk on Balboa. Turn left(North) back toward the entrance to the soccer fields. Stop to use the bathroom & refill water.
Mile 9: Follow the path back under the bridge to return to the East side of Balboa. Turn right (South) and follow the the bike path around to Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water.
Mile 10-11.5*: Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path. Head left at the street & cross the river again. Cross Woodley and follow the nature path up to the parking lot.
*To add an extra mile, stay on Burbank and return the way you started on the dam.
Mile 1-3: Head East past bathrooms up to the Sepulveda Dam. Turn LEFT and run to the North end of the dam, then turn around and run the entire dam South till it ends at Burbank Blvd. Turn right (West) on Burbank Blvd. over the LA River bridge. Turn right (North) on dirt path along the LA river.
Mile 4-5: Follow the bike path UNDER the bridge and up the other side. Turn right and follow the path counter-clockwise around the soccer fields. Turn left (East) in front of the basketball courts, toward the tennis courts. Turn right (South) and run around the outside of the tennis courts, then right again out to the sidewalk on Balboa. Turn left(North) back toward the entrance to the soccer fields. Stop to use the bathroom & refill water.
Mile 6-8: Follow the path back under the bridge to return to the East side of Balboa. Turn right (South) and follow the the bike path around to Burbank Blvd. Pass Golf Course- stop to use bathrooms & get water. Continue on dirt path following Burbank Blvd until you return to the LA River path. Head left at the street & cross the river again.
Mile 9-10: Follow the bike path LEFT (North) at Woodley (do not cross) and run up Woodley to Victory Blvd. Turn left (West) at Victory and follow the Orange line bike path. Continue on the bike path until you reach Balboa Blvd. Turn left (South).
Mile 11-12: Do not cross the river! Turn left onto the bike path that leads to the lake. Follow it all the way around the lake clockwise. Continue clockwise along the lake path until you get to the bathrooms. Cross the street at the bathroom parking lot and head left (East) on the bike path. Follow it all the way up and to the right (East).
Mile 13-14: Continue on the bike path past the military base until it ends at Woodley. Turn RIGHT(South) at Woodley and run down to Burbank Blvd.
Mile 15: Cross Woodley at Burbank and retrace your route back to the dam. Exit the dam at the path that leads back to the parking lot.
Mile 1: Start at the reunion gate on Vanalden and head South. Cross Vanalden at Lassen and run East to Wilbur. Turn left (North) on Wilbur.
Mile 2: Continue North on Wilber past Chatsworth all the way up to Vanalden (if you reach the freeway, you've gone too far!). Turn left on Vanalden.
Mile 3: Stay on Vanalden, cross Chatsworth and run down the big hill, enjoying the view.
Mile 4: Turn right on Devonshire and cross left (South) at Tampa. Turn left on Merridy past the school to the reunion gate.
*Challenge yourself! Do this route in REVERSE and go UP the hill!
Mile 1: Start at the reunion gate on Vanalden and head South. Turn right at Lassen, cross Tampa, cross Tunney, and turn right at Corbin.
Mile 2: Run North on Corbin to Devonshire. Cross Corbin to get to the West side of the street and then cross Devonshire. Continue North on Corbin all the way to Chatsworth.
Mile 3: Cross Corbin at Chatsworth to get to the East side of the street and continue North on Corbin until you get to the Nature path by the freeway. Turn right and run down the nature path. Go slowly down the steep hill and turn right at the bottom.
Mile 4: Run up the path to Chatsworth and turn right. Cross Chatsworth at Melvin and turn left (we do this because crossing at Chatsworth and Tampa is dangerous!). Turn right to continue on the nature path.
Mile 5: Exit the nature path at Tunney and go left. Cross right at Tampa and head South. Cross Tampa at Devonshire and turn right at Vanalden. Continue South back to the reunion gate.
*Always run with an adult when taking this route!
Mile 1: Start at the reunion gate on Vanalden and head North. Cross Devonshire and run up the big Vanalden hill to Chatsworth.
Mile 2: Turn left at Chatsworth. Cross Tampa and continue to Corbin. Turn left on Corbin and run South to Lassen.
Mile 3: Turn left at Lassen and continue past the school to Vanalden. Turn left on Vanalden and head North to Devonshire.
Mile 4: Turn left at Devonshire and continue past Tampa to Corbin. Turn left on Corbin and head South.
Mile 5: Run South on Corbin to Lassen. Turn left and continue on Lassen past the school. Turn left at Vanalden and continue to the reunion gate.
*This route can also be done in reverse.
