All students who are interested in participating in SRLA at Nobel this year must complete the following steps:

Step 1- Complete the Participant Profile Form with a parent. 

Completing this form with accurate information is critical for your participation in SRLA.  

Step 2 - Parents will receive an email with links to 8 required digital forms.

All forms must be signed as soon as possible.

Step 3 - Make an appointment with your doctor for a physical before October 2nd.

Print or get a hard copy of the required form from Mrs. Mandl and bring to your doctor to complete. 

Step 4 - Attend the mandatory parent and student meeting Saturday, August 22.

Missing this meeting will result in automatic removal from the roster.
