Solids Lesson 1

* Please gather these items before you begin the Science video.

  • A washcloth

  • Chopstick or a wooden spoon or wooden toothpick

  • A plastic pen

  • A can of tuna (or anything)

  • iPad charger wire

  • A clear plastic container

(After the lesson, please keep these items in a place you will remember as we will need them again next week.)

Note: I made an error in the video regarding what slide to stop at. Students need to complete Slides 1 - 8 for today's lesson.

Student Slides are shared on Google Classroom Monday morning. Students can complete this lesson on Monday and/or Tuesday.

Here is the Teacher Slides that Ms. Miyaji used in the lesson to see how the pictures should be on the slides. Below is the list of some possible properties. There can be other properties that are not on this list.

This is the teacher example Slides.

Remember to get the student copy from Google Classroom.

You may change the background or themes of the slides as long as it does not hinder the work on the slides.
