Careers is not only taught separately but is woven through all our schools' curriculum. It is the responsibility of all teachers at school.
Teachers should link subject matter to real-world applications and career opportunities, challenge stereotypes, and help students understand how their skills and interests align with different career paths.

The Gatsby Benchmarks were developed on behalf of the Gatsby Foundation by Sir John Holman. They define what world class careers provision in education looks like and provide a framework for organising the careers provision at your school or college.
