This year all of our Primary 7 pupils will be placed into an Academy, starting in S1. The first stage of the process will involve P7 classes watching videos about each of the Academies on the LHS YouTube Channel. All of these videos are available to watch below.

Taster Sessions

Following the videos pupils will get the chance to ask questions during a live Q&A with current Academy pupils. Pupils will then sign up for a 'taster experience' where they have the opportunity to experience four different Academies in more depth - at Larbert High School.

Parent Information Evening

Following the Taster Experiences parents/carers will have the opportunity to ask questions during a live virtual meeting with key members of staff from Larbert High.

Final Selections

The final stage of the process is where pupils select there two favourite Academies, of which they will be selected for one. Pupils will make these selections through a Google Form, either at home or in school. Parents will be notified of their young persons Academy prior to the Easter break.
