World Day for Cultural Diversity
Today and yesterday, everyone at Leigh Academy Langley Park celebrated World Day for Cultural Diversity. All children have been involved in an African Drumming Workshop and a Cultural Dance Workshop with Molly Marsh. Alongside this, the children have been wearing clothes that represent them, which has been a joy to see. In class, the children have put together a recipe/instructions for their favourite food dish. All of these will be collated to make our very own LALP Cookbook!
It has been a truly successful day and has been enjoyed by all.
