Here for you!
Social-Emotional Learning or SEL for short, is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
Social-Emotional Learning is everyone's responsibility. From home to school, all people involved in our students' lives are part of their mental and emotional development.
However, the SEL Curriculums mentioned above are taught by our district's teachers and school counselors.
