Focusing on school while worrying about other things can make learning hard. If we teach ourselves to calm our minds and bodies before starting to work it will help us focus. We should also take breaks in between working to give our minds a rest. Thinking positive and calm thoughts will help lower our stress and make us feel better. Here are some things you can do!
