Longwood Gardens is one of my favorite places I occasionally go to. All the different exhibitions and the hours of dedication the workers put in is insane. While we were taking photos I tried my best to use my prior knowledge from this class to take the best pictures. In the photo on the top left I used a long shutter speed to capture the motion blur from the water fall. I used I higher white balance for the top middle photo to have more vibrancy of color from the flowers. On the top right I made sure that the lighting and background was appropriate to get the full beauty of the tree in the picture.
When I took the photo on the bottom right I loved the way the background looked. The moving water made the leaves in the center pop out more. For bottom middle photo I loved the way this tree looked. The bonsai tree look mixed with mini flowers was to cute not to take a picture of. For the bottom left photo I used the reflection of the trees on the water to make the photo look more whimsical. In conlusion, I loved the way all my photos turned out on this trip and can't wait to go back and take more!
