Friday Announcements
Stress Relief from laughter? It's no joke.
We like to share silly jokes on Friday announcements because laughter acts as a natural stress reliever. When you laugh, it triggers the release of endorphins, the body's feel-good chemicals, which can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. This physiological response can lower levels of stress hormones, leading to a calmer state of mind.
