The information on this page will help students sign on with their lakevillefalcons accounts. They are used for Chromebooks, Google Classroom and Google Drive.
There is also information at the bottom of the page for logging on to Study Island or ALEKS.
If you have trouble signing onto another application or if the information below doesn't help, please fill out our parent tech request form. We will get with you as soon as possible.
If you have tech issues with an Edgenuity course, click the ? in the lower right on the Edgenuity Help page.
Full username: jsmith27@lakevillefalcons.org (first initial, last name and graduation year)
Short username (to sign on district Chromebooks only): jsmith27
password: lv123456 (student ID with lv in front of it)
**In rare cases (such as twins with same first initials and same grade) we have to add a middle initial in the username too. That would make the example jasmith27@lakevillefalcons.org.
3rd Grade - 30
4th Grade - 29
5th Grade - 28
6th Grade - 27*
7th Grade - 26*
8th Grade 25*
9th Grade 24*
10th Grade 23*
11th Grade 22*
12th Grade 21*
*Remember for grades 7 - 12, most students do not use a graduation year. See the information to the left for details.
Full username: jsmith@lakevillefalcons.org (first initial, last name)
Short username: jsmith (For signing on district Chromebooks only.)
password: lv123456 (student ID with lv in front of it)
**It is more common with this format for username conflicts, so we often had to add the middle initial. In those cases, the username would be: username: jasmith@lakevillefalcons.org (or jasmith when signing on district Chromebooks)
**If no middle initial is on record (or if even the middle initial version was already taken) we use the first two letters of the first name. That would be: username: josmith@lakevillefalcons.org (or josmith when signing on district Chromebooks)
**Note that high school students are encouraged to change their own passwords. If they did and they forgot what they changed it to, please complete the parent tech request form. We will reset the password as described above and send you an email when it's fixed.

Students at LakeVille do not get a personal account until 3rd grade. Younger students might use an account in class, but that will be up to the teacher. Please contact them to see if they have an account they are supposed to use. If you have a school Chromebook, but a younger student, have them use an older sibling’s account to sign on or contact Mr. Petty at mpetty@lakevilleschools.org for more information.
Once the student is logged in, open a new tab in Chrome. Click the apps icon (shown below) and then click either Google Drive or Google Classroom.
If you don't see the classes you need, email the teacher for the code or check this page for codes for newer classes.
Use Chrome and open a new tab. Sign in on that page in the upper right. See the video to the right if you aren't sure what account you're signed into.
Most problems on home devices are solved when students use only their lakevillefalcons accounts. See the video at the right for information on how to check this on a computer.
If you get a message that the password changed, but the student did not change the password, it’s actually a username issue. Try the cases above marked with **.
If nothing above works for the student, please complete the parent tech request form.
If a student can't remember his or her ALEKS login information, here are some tips.
ALEKS usernames are created by the system, so they don't follow patterns exactly like our other accounts.
The login page is at https://www.aleks.com/ .
Most usernames are first initial, last name and then a random number. For example, jsmith625.
Most passwords are lv and the student number, like students use on Chromebooks. For example, lv001234.
If the student cannot remember the account, please contact the teacher. If that doesn't help, just fill out the Parent Tech Request Form and we will contact you as soon as we can.
