Information About Star Testing
Information About Star Testing
All LakeVille students need to take the Reading and Math Star tests multiple times a year. When you are told by your teacher or principal, please follow these steps to take the tests.
To Log In:
1) Click here to access the login page. Select the Student option.
2) Enter your username and password. Usernames are the same as what you’d use to log onto a Chromebook at school. Passwords are lv and your student number. See examples below.
Example Usernames:
Most students in grades 6 - 12 have a username that is first initial and last name. For example, Ann Smith’s username would be asmith
If you came to LakeVille in 2018 or later, your username also has the last two digits of your graduation year. For example, if Ann Smith was in 11th grade, it would be asmith22
Example Password:
If your student number was 001234, your Star password would be lv001234.
Because of some circumstances, some students have different usernames or passwords. If you can’t log in using the information above, please send an email to Mr. Petty at mpetty@lakevilleschools.org and let him know.

Virtual Learning students in grades 6-12 will be using Edgenuity for their classes. A teacher from LakeVille will be assisting with management of the course and with grading. Always contact your teacher first if you have a question.
