Lakeview High School requires each student to complete 10 hours of community service each year through his or her social studies class. For specific questions about community service ideas, requirements, and due dates please ask your social studies teacher.
In order to receive a Community Service Diploma Seal for graduation, students must meet the following criteria set forth by Lakeview High School:
Complete twenty (20) hours of verified community service.
Service hours need to benefit the greater “Lakeview” community.
A student cannot be compensated for their community service.
For questions about whether or not you have met the requirement to earn this seal, please see your school counselor. We anticipate that all students will have earned this seal by the end of sophomore year.
