College Credit Plus
The College Credit Plus program allows eligible students to take college coursework for both high school and college credit. Lakeview High School partners with YSU, Eastern Gateway, and Kent Trumbull to offer more than 85 semester hours of high school-based college courses taught by our faculty. Students must first have an eligible ACT scores and GPA. Then students will complete each college’s online application. There will be PARENT CONSENT and FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY forms that must be signed and returned to Mrs. Schnurrenberger to be mailed to the colleges along with students’ transcripts and ACT scores. CCP Parent Info Night is usually scheduled for late November. Applications are made in February for the following school year. For detailed information about CCP procedures and deadlines, please follow the LHS Guidance Office Google Classroom and/or reach out to Mrs. Schnurrenberger.
