Transcripts are NO LONGER NEEDED by the Arkansas State Police to take the Driving Permit Exam.
What is needed?
Original or Certified Copy of STUDENT'S US Birth Certificate
Signature of Parent or Legal Guardian
Parent or legal guardian must bring their Driver's License
Accepted Secondary Identification (Parent Affidavit form can be signed in the presence of the examiner with the biological parent or legal guardian)
When scheduling an appointment, choose US Birth Certificate and Parent Affidavit in the requested boxes for Proof of Legal Presence that is required.
Student records are protected information and may not be released to any individual, organization, group, or institution without prior written consent of the student, in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students must submit a transcript request form in order for LHS to release the record. LHS only releases transcripts created by LHS.
Transcripts are typically sent on Thursday of each week. Please plan accordingly.
Transcripts will not be available as each grading period comes to an end. Please plan accordingly and request them early if needed.
