National Beta Club
National Beta Club

The National Beta Club is a student honor society based on high academic achievement, excellent character, and good citizenship.
Club Membership Requirements
Grade Levels: 9 - 12
Cumulative G.P.A (Weighted): 3.5
Community Service: 10 Hours (5 per semester)
National Dues: $15
Local Dues: TBD
Curriculum: Smart Core Curriculum
Induction: Annually in Spring Semester

NHS members are selected by the faculty during their 11th or 12th grade year based on GPA (3.75 unweighted), service, and conduct. Members serve the school and community at selected events.
Club Membership Requirements

Community Service: 15 Hours (7.5 per semester)

CLUB PROBATION
CLUB PROBATION
Club members may be placed on probation for one semester if they fail to meet the gpa or community service requirements. A letter will be sent indicating their probationary period.
CLUB DISMISSAL
CLUB DISMISSAL
Club members may be dismissed if they fail to meet the gpa or community service requirements for two consecutive semesters.
*Students may qualify for membership to both of these clubs. All requirements for each club must be met separately.
National Spanish Honor Society

Membership is offered to students who have earned an A average for 3 consecutive semesters of Spanish and have a minimum overall GPA of a 3.5. They meet monthly, have dinner meetings at local Mexican restaurants, and complete community service projects for the Hispanic community.

Thespians is an honors organization that honors student achievement in theatre arts. Students may be nominated by their peers after 100 hours of extracurricular theatrical experience.
