The "-Identifying" Project is an initiative by GLOW Leaders Vivian Anderson and Eva Torresola ('24). This initiative was created to address the prevelance of the terms "female-identifying" and "male-identifying" in our classrooms, specfically as used by faculty and staff. Thus, Eva and Vivian emailed the following document to the entire Lakeside faculty before presenting at a faculty meeting and giving the faculty opportunities to ask questions.
