This fall, the 2024-2025 school year will be the beginning of my 7th year teaching at LUHS, and my 13th year as an educator. Before coming to Lakeland, I taught at the Menominee Indian School district on the Menominee Nation reservation for 6 years.
I am passionate about my identity as an educator, my students' success, and learning how to grow as a teacher. When I'm not pursuing those ends, I am usually adventuring with my family, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, playing Dungeons and Dragons/board games, or Olympic weightlifting in my garage.
