Q: What is Parent Square?

A: Parent Square is our communication tool. On Parent Square, you can see posts from each of your student's classes and extracurricular groups. You will also see posts from the school, and many posts are only visible to the grade levels they apply to. This is also where the dance permission slips, sign ups, and other permission slips are posted for you to fill out. 

Q: How do I set up my account?

A: If you do not already have an account, you will receive an email that is sent to the email address that is in Skyward. Please make sure your information is updated in Skyward. The only people that have a Parent Square account are the guardians listed in Skyward. We cannot add additional family members. One hiccup we have noticed with accounts it that if a phone number is duplicated for both family members, this can cause login issues.

 Q: How do I join sports and club groups? 

A: For most of our athletics, music, drama, and club groups, you and your students will be added by the coach or sponsor. To explore the available groups to join, click "Participate" on the left menu. Please only join groups that your child is currently a participant in or that you want to follow. Two groups that would be beneficial to join would be Athletics (tryout information and athletic events) and Fine Arts (fine arts information and events). 

Q: How can I change how many notifications I get? 

A: To adjust your notifications, click on your name in the top left corner, and click "My Account." You can then click the notification option on the left menu. Instant means that you will receive a text or email as soon as something is posted. Digest means you will receive one text or email containing all the posts that were made that day at one time.
