All About Me!

I have always had a passion for working with children, and creating courses of action and programs to fully support students as they develop into young adults!

I was raised in Northern California, but have been living in San Diego for the past 8 years. I went to San Diego State University and University of San Diego for undergrad and grad school! I have my masters in School Based Clinical Counseling, and a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish.

I am a life long SF Giants fan and lover of all things Disney! I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going hiking, fishing, and camping, watching tv shows and movies, playing volleyball and soccer, and reading at the park!

I am so happy to be the school counselor and I am super excited for this year at Happy Valley Elementary!

What do I do?

Professional school counselors are trained in both education and counseling, allowing us to function as a facilitator between parents, teachers, staff members, and students in matters concerning the student's goals, abilities, concerns, and any other needs at school!
