In 2024, the La Crosse Stars are bringing the crazy with their show titled "Off the Rails." This high energy show brings us 11 performers, a record number in our Varsity group!

"Embrace"

In our second competitive season we are doing a show titled "Embrace." This show focuses on the students finding their inner beauty and growing their confidence in who they are regardless of differences! This routine is choreographed by Deanna Bayerl with assistance from Michael James.

"Dragons"

In the second competitive season, the cadets are doing a show about dragons! Using music selections from "How to Train Your Dragon," performers soar across the floor! This routine is choreographed by Tori Clark with assistance from Emma Trettin.

"Summer '22"

This is our second summer of Color Guard Fundamentals at Lincoln Middle School. We held two classes, a middle school class that focused on the basics of color guard. The high school class built on their existing knowledge and taught the students about designing solos, duets, and trios. For our showcases, we picked up our previous routine of  Diamonds by Sam Smith choreographed by Deanna Bayerl.

The La Crosse Stars 2022

"Gambit"

This is the first official season for the La Crosse Stars.  We went to four competitions in the North Star Circuit.  This performance is from the North Star Circuit Championships Finals held at Osseo High School in Minnesota on April 2, 2022.   Our varsity guard placed 6th in the Scholastic Regional 'A' division. 

Using musical selections from the Netflix Hit "The Queens Gambit," performers brought the game of chess to life with this production choreographed by Stephanie Campbell with assistance from Deanna Bayerl.

"A Sky Full of Stars"

This is the first official season for the La Crosse Stars.  We went to four competitions in the North Star Circuit.  This performance is from the North Star Circuit Championships Finals held at Osseo High School in Minnesota on April 2, 2022.   Our JV guard placed 1st in the Cadet division.

"Color Guard à la carte"

Still in the pandemic, the La Crosse Stars did Color Guard à la carte and learned this routine for Diamonds by Sam Smith.  This performance was at the first ever Color Guard Showcase at Onalaska High School on Sunday, May 23, 2021.  This routine was taught and choreographed by Deanna Bayerl.

"Season Zero"

The very first edition of the La Crosse Stars.   Our first season was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  This video was later edited together with bits of video from January, February, and March of 2020.  This music selection is I See Stars from the Broadway show, Mean Girls.  It was choreographed and taught by Stephanie Campbell.
