Powerlifting is a winter sport that begins in November and runs through the beginning of March. It consists of three main lifts, the squat, the bench, and the deadlift. We practice four times a week either before school or after school. We also compete at about 4 meets during the year, that athletes can choose to participate in if they would like. It is a great culture to be a part of with about 100 active lifters and looking to add more! When: In the winter Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (two practice times 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM or 3:30 PM-5:00 PM)
