Accommodating for Scholar Success
Students with disabilities often face challenges or barriers that inhibit or restrict their ability to access and demonstrate learning.
Accommodations are a key component of effective educational programs for students with disabilities. Many students with disabilities need only small changes in the way they are instructed and assessed to participate successfully in general education classes.
Some need adaptations or changes to educational environments and practices designed to help students overcome the challenges presented by their disabilities.
