SCHOOL SITE SUPPORT SERVICES
Staffed full time by a Nurse and/or Health assistant on campus who can administer emergency care using authorized procedures. They update and keep student health records. They can also support with referral for vision, hearing, and immunizations.

A referral is submitted by the school site to the FSRC. A Case Manager will handle referred cases and assist the family with resources and linkages. In addition, the Case Manager will provide follow-up home visits to the family every 3 months until the case is terminated.

A referral is submitted by the school site to the FSRC. Senior Social Workers assist homeless youth and their families in removing obstacles and barriers that hinder the achievement of their academic and personal goals. Social Workers provide case management, basic needs resources, community-based referrals and advocacy for students and their families as well as collaboration and training to school personnel. These services are designed to meet the holistic needs of students and families.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
On-Point utilizes restorative practices that develop character, leadership, and social-emotional skills to improve the students holistically. Through quality mentorship and a creative curriculum, On-Point provides a safe/brave space for meaningful conversations, facilitated in groups, one-on-ones, and in-class support.

The Brothers Forum is an inclusive and supportive community where students from diverse backgrounds can engage in safe spaces that will enhance their understanding of self, feel empowered, and develop their voices. The program provides mentorship, model excellence, teaches students how to go to college and advocate for them.
