AVID's mission is to close the opportunity gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society. Students receive the additional academic, social, and emotional support that will help them succeed in their school’s most rigorous courses.
Prepares students of all ages for a wide range of high-wage, high-demand careers through the integration of rigorous academics and relevant, hands-on, industry-based experiences within the classroom setting and through work based learning experiences.
