HOPICS is an integrated system of care which primarily but not exclusively assist those experiencing homelessness to empower themselves. We help with crises and bridge housing, social security benefits, mental and physical well being, domestic violence, case management, veterans, youth, single adults and families. We also contribute in helping with employment, substance use issues as well as those living with HIV or AIDS.

The Watts/Los Angeles WorkSource Center has operated for 30 years and seeks to uplift the quality of life of individuals and families seeking economic advancement through job training in high sector growth industries, job placement, entrepreneurship and other supportive services to create family stability. The Center specializes in serving the most vulnerable Angelenos with compassion and grace to assist them in reaching their goals while developing strong relationships with Employers that commit to hiring them. Through the Section 3 Local Hire program, clients are constantly engaged and recruited for additional opportunities to advance which creates a formal network for clients to tap into. The Center serves all HACLA communities in Los Angeles and other vulnerable populations City & Countywide.
