We are excited to accept sponsorships and applications to exhibit educational materials/products at our 2025 Kentucky TESOL Conference to be held November 7-8, 2025 at the Jefferson Community and Technical College Downtown Campus, 109 E. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40202. Our conference theme is “Empowered When United”. 

We anticipate 150 educators from across Kentucky and Indiana to attend the conference.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Bronze:      $250 – Sponsor continental breakfast (sponsor list, one exhibit table, and one lunch)

Silver:     $500 – Sponsor conference totes (sponsor list, one exhibit table, and two lunches)

Gold:     $750 – Sponsor evening reception (sponsor list, two exhibit tables, and two lunches)

Platinum:  $1,500- Sponsor catered lunch (sponsor list, two exhibit tables, one free registration, two lunches)

Titanium: $2,500 – Sponsor keynote speakers (sponsor list, two free registrations, two exhibit tables, two lunches
