Following the payment policy of TESOL, Inc., KYTESOL has adapted their procedures for payment.
KYTESOL offers registration online. Registrants can select to pay by credit card, check, or purchase order to complete the online registration.
Credit Cards
KYTESOL accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Checks
Checks are accepted as a form of online payment. They should be mailed to the address below by 1 November 2025. If not mailed by this date, arrangements must be made with the treasurer to bring the check to the conference. “Check” should be selected as a form of payment during the online registration process.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted as a form of payment until 6 November 2025. Purchase orders must be submitted at the time of registration. The registration invoice that registrants receive will serve as the invoice for the purchase order and must be submitted to the organization responsible for payment. Registrants registering with a purchase order MUST forward invoices to and follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment. Additional invoices will not be mailed. Full payment must be received by 21 November 2025. Any payment not received by the due date will incur a 15% late fee for every month it is late.
Purchase orders should be submitted during online registration process and/or emailed to billing@kytesol.org. Purchase orders are not accepted as forms of payment for on-site registration.

KYTESOL reserves the right to cancel registration if purchase order document is not received/submitted with registration. KYTESOL also reserves the right to deny purchase orders from employer/institution for which KYTESOL could not collect payment for past events. Registrants will be contacted if the purchase order is denied by KYTESOL.
