Welcome to the 19th International Symposium on Primatology and Wildlife Sciences. We are thrilled to announce our event, taking place in Kyoto, Japan from Wednesday October 30th, to Thursday 31st, 2024.
Join us for this year’s symposium, themed “Integration of Different Research Fields Towards Wildlife Conservation” organised by students from the PWS Leading Graduate Program at the Wildlife Research Center, Kyoto University.
We welcome researchers from diverse fields such as Ecology, Behavior, Cognition, Genetics, Physiology, and Conservation, studying any animal taxa, to apply for a lightning talk or poster presentation and share their insights with our global audience. If you have case studies, experiments, preliminary results, or scientific reviews relevant to this year’s theme, this is your opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with fellow researchers.
Additionally, we have invited keynote speakers from various research fields and will feature 20 mins panel discussions in the field of Ecology and Ecology and Physiology. We believe this will offer in-depth insights, foster engaging discussions among experts in related disciplines, and encourage lively interactions from all participants.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the PWS Symposium. Whether you’re presenting your own research or participating in lively discussions, your contributions will greatly enrich the dialogue at this international gathering.
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
See you soon!
