The symposium will be held during the 47th annual meeting of the Molecular Biology Society of Japan, November 27-29, 2024 in Fukuoka, Japan. This is largest annual event in the field in Japan and it attracts over 3000 participants. The conference has a long history and features a large number of oral and poster presentation in both English and Japanese as well as other outreach sessions, etc.

While Fukuoka may be internationally a lesser known city it is rated as one of the most desirable places to live in Japan because of its intermediate size, laid-back lifestyle, vibrant food culture and mild climate.
