The project team will collaborate with AUN and AUN/SEED-Net member universities to create tailored training programs for STI Coordination. These programs can be developed for next-generation Principal Investigators (P.I.) and for Leading Research Managers or Coordinators who will become leaders in research management. Both Principal Investigators and Research Managers share common foundational skills, with programs designed to develop basic and advanced skill sets.
