Nurturing Next-Generation Leaders in STI Coordination as Role-model
Nurture next-generation STI leaders who can serve as role models for STI coordination.
Develop and implement practical human resource development programs in collaboration with AUN and AUN/SEED-Net member universities to strengthen organizational capacity.
Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination of Outcomes; Good practices and Lessons learned
Share successful case studies of next-generation STI leader role models and training programs with ASEAN-Japan stakeholders.
Utilize platforms such as the STI Coordination Symposium, AUN/SEED-Net Regional Conference, portal sites, social media, and newsletters for dissemination.
