By the class start time, inform the URL of GoogleMeet and materials for your class (PowerPoint, etc.) to students studying at home by use of 授業資料管理(Class material management) of the kyonet class profile.
①Get the URL for the GoogleMeet.
②Paste the URL of GoogleMeet into 授業資料管理(Class material management) of the kyonet class profile, and attach the materials to be used in your class.

Room with controller and remote control
①Press the "主電源ボタン(main power button)"
②Press the "プロジェクター電源(Projector Power)" and pull out the screen. *If you are teaching with only board, this is not necessary.
③Start PC placed in the room and press the"常設PC".
④Log in to Kyoritsu ID from PC placed in the room.
⑤Select Gmail and a pop-up for identity verification will appear. Press "continue".
⑥Join GoogleMeet from the URL you informed the students.
⑦Click ［vertical three dots button］ at the bottom right of the GoogleMeet screen and set the camera, microphone, and speaker to "Extron Media Port 200".
⑧If you need to adjust the angle of view of the camera, adjust it with the controller / remote control.(Select a preset 5 if you want only reflects screen)
Room with Aviot (tablet computer)
①Select "システム起動(Start System)" on the Aviot screen.
②Start the PC placed in the room
③On the Aviot screen, select "映像タブ(Video tab)"→ "常設PC(Permanent PC)"→"スクリーン(Screen)" in that order.
④Log in to Kyoritsu ID from the PC placed in the room.
⑤Select Gmail and a pop-up for identity verification will appear. Press "continue".
⑥Join GoogleMeet from the URL you informed the students.
⑦Click ［vertical three dots button］ at the bottom right of the GoogleMeet screen and set the camera, microphone, and speaker to "Extron Media Port 200".
⑧If you need to adjust the angle of view of the camera, adjust it with the tablet screen.(Select a preset 5 if you want only reflects screen)

Be sure to use the microphone during class, and check with students taking classes at home to see if they can hear audio.(Confirm by chat or real voice etc.)
Class recording
①Click ［More options button］ at the bottom of the GoogleMeet screen and select "Recording"
②Then, you will be asked to confirm your consent to record, so select start.
③A little wait until you see "● rec" in the upper left window, begin when you see the display.
④When finished, click ［More options button］ at the bottom of the GoogleMeet screen and click "Stop Recording".
※After recording, a folder named "Meet Recording" will be automatically created in your “My Drive” of Google Drive. It will take some time to save. When the video is saved in Google Drive, Google will notify Kyoritsu Gmail.At the end of class
At the end of class
End GoogleMeet call and shut down the PC.
①Click the icon like end of call at the bottom of the GoogleMeet screen window.
②Select "Just leave the call"
③Shut down the PC and shut down the system.
Exit System
Room with controller and remote control：Press the "主電源(Main Power)" button and raise the screen.
Room with Aviot (tablet computer)：Press the "システム終了(Exit System)" button, and press "はい(Yes)" after the confirmation screen appears.
