Here's everything you will need to complete before your start date:

You will be receiving an email from Universal Background to self initiate your background check. In order for HR to receive the results in time for you to be cleared for orientation, you must begin this step no later than 7 days prior to your start date.
If you do not receive an email from Universal Background please reach out to the Talent Team at talent@kyocare.com.

As an employee for Kyo in Texas, it is recommended that you are fully vaccinated with your COVID-19 vaccines.
If you've already been vaccinated with either the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or both doses of the 2-dose vaccines, please click on the button below.

Copy of your Driver's License
Please be prepared with a copy of the front and back of your driver's license.
Please note that you must possess a license from the state that you currently reside in. If you do not possess a license in the state you will be working in, please email hr@kyocare.com right away.
Proof of Car Insurance
If you are not the policyholder on the car insurance policy for your vehicle, please be sure and provide documentation indicating that you are a covered driver on said policy.
It is a requirement to have you covered as a driver under a valid car insurance policy.

A week before your start date you will receive an email from Universal Background to self initiate your driving record. In order for HR to receive the results in time for you to be cleared for orientation, you must begin this step no later than 5 days prior to your start date.

On your first day, please come prepared to your orientation with the following documents.
Two Forms of Identification
Please be prepared to present and upload the originals of your 2 forms of ID during your orientation. Click here to view the acceptable options.
If you are not a US Citizen, please be sure to bring your green card or INS authorization.
Social Security Card
Please have a copy of your social security card to upload during orientation.
